The fact that the "child" may enjoy it does not mean it is the right thing for the child, and even a child who approaches an adult for sex is still abused if he or she is taken advantage of. 
Children are often sexually precocious but it shouldn't make them fair game. (and the same applies to vulnerable adults)

yet much of the world disagrees with that view as just the quickest perusal of Age of Consent laws on Wikipedia show : that many countries have a 13/14 age or even 'puberty' and the only restriction is whether cohersion is used.

I find the sexual mores of the UK (and USA and to a lesser extent Australia where sunshine seems to evaporate a lot of hysteria) and which is summed up in the case of MWT quite frightening now. 
In fact MWT is the epitome of evil, a dangerous and ruthless man and I think probably with true clinical socipathic tendencies :ie- he is never wrong, he will destroy many around him for the sake of ambition and so on.

Gnomo	I was once cruised very aggressively and purposefully by a young boy, who I would have guessed was no more than 13yrs. I was not, and am not attracted to 'children' and ignored his advances and got away from him, but the whole experience really shocked me. I was not shocked by the fact that he was gay, but that he was so aggressive and yes, predatory at such a young age.

Politicians have crossed a line aided by ghastly newspapers (ie : the revolting Sun which promotes sex abuse and then condemns it)..they now attempt to mould society into something it can never be : that one day a person is 'illegal' and following their birthday at the stroke of mid-night, they somehow become 'legal' - this is sheer madness. By rights no-one should drive a car until they are well into their 20s (18/19 year olds still have an 'invincible' belief that no harm can come to them)...and so on. The obsession with sex is the sign of a sick society. I find none of this obsession in most Asian countries.
