hedda	like JK I think democracy is vastly over-rated and a benign dictator may be the way to go. Not that I can think of anyone suitable although the name El Presidente Hedda has a nice ring to it.

Pattaya	Democracy is a bit like political correctness.Works well in theory,a lot less well in practice. A look at the disadvantages of coalition government is a good place to start....ie Israel.
