I don't agree with the death sentence, however there is very little doubt that they were guilty. There was massive amounts of forensic evidence and physical damage. I think that most people on this site wouldn't beleive a rape case if it happened in front of their eyes.
No mention of torture,and of course the judiciary had absolutely no incentive to get a 'quick result' at any price?

I don't see anything wrong with questioning and considering things rather than just taking what the papers try and tell us at face value, whatever the truth may be...

I have little faith in British justice let alone India who learnt everything from us.
