In The Know (as always)	The head of a UN panel on war crimes in Syria has revealed it is investigating 14 suspected chemical attacks, as a report appeared to show "clear evidence" of their use. The announcement came as close examination of a photograph of that report being handed over to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon appeared to show the first page which revealed "clear and convincing evidence that surface-to-surface rockets containing the nerve agent Sarin were used". news.sky.com/story/1142398/syria-un-prob...-alleged-gas-attacks Now ... which "side" HAS surface-to-surface missiles, and which DOES NOT ! Ooooh, thats a hard one LOL !

Well, as the report cannot apportion blame, we will just have to read between the lines. Ban Ki Moon seems to have no doubts. And why get Assad's regime to hand over it's weapons if you really believed that the "other side" was capable of making, storing and using them?
