11. How many people are on the dole the government swindle the figures ? There there won't be enough placements ?
12. They expecting too much work from claimants who will ear &pound;50-&pound;75 pw they won't be motivated.
13. What will the next government do if Tories don't get a second term ?

hedda	this scheme is trotted out be governments everywhere when they are bereft of ideas. never works and costs a fortune to implement (for all the above reasons and more)
