Quite Rice Uncle Ben

I get around,Thailand & Qatar on business next week. You'll only have ITK to insult during that time.Let's hope he doesn't go on his hols again at the same time, you'd be very lonely, just you and your badger!
hedda "They don't do anything "on our behalf", Pattaya ... they are simply looking after themselves."

Tory principals that surely are to be admired.

I for one appreciate the hard job they do,and don't happen to think the rewards are too high for the risks they take on our behalf.

The president of the Chief Fire Officers Association has described the actions of striking firefighters who walked away from a major blaze in east London as "shameful".

Paul Fuller on Saturday urged them to "reflect" on their behaviour and the impact of their actions on their relations with the public.

A one sided article from the Murdoch gutter press.
A firefighter has every right to strike, especially if their terms and conditions are messed with.If skilled fire professionals keep leaving as my friend did then who of any quality will be left to put out future fires?

Fireman risk their lives daily all over the UK,the only peaceful organisation to do this.As seen here when you push people too far you risk loosing their support.
I have a lot of friends in the fire service, have been to fund raisers etc,I know the mood of the men,it's an avoidable disaster waiting to happen.
honey!oh sugar sugar. Our bonfire is going ahead despite having no firemen, lashing rain, and strong winds. We are a hardy bunch up here!
