NOT SO !

Its the UK dolers who complain about them - and if it were not them they would complain about someone else !

Immigrants to the UK since 2000 have made a "substantial" contribution to public finances, a report says.

The study by University College London said recent immigrants were less likely to claim benefits and live in social housing than people born in Britain.

Immigrants who arrived after 1999 were 45% less likely to receive state benefits or tax credits than UK natives in the period 2000-2011, according to the report by Prof Christian Dustmann and Dr Tommaso Frattini from UCL's Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration.

They were also 3% less likely to live in social housing.

"These differences are partly explainable by immigrants' more favourable age-gender composition. However, even when compared to natives with the same age, gender composition, and education, recent immigrants are still 21% less likely than natives to receive benefits," the authors say.

andrew How is a holding a referendum impracticable ? It's vote that public have their right, there is nothing wrong with immigration but too many of them are dolers. Besides horse meat, cheap labour and bankruptcy what have Romania, Poland, Greece, Latvia, Portugal and Cyprus offer GB ? Belgium is a joke they control our country.

This coalition is ridicules both parties can't agree on anything and they don't like each other.

Labour have the right idea don't produce polices so you can't lie or break them.

George Osbourne is a jerk £6.75 for burger he can make do with a kebab for a fiver. It's scary that Tories don't know price for milk and bread.

No child benefit no Tv licence he said and they still here.

Blair and Cameron are really two peas in a pod.

ITK do you admit that David promised the referendum ? Yougov polls are worthless only a minority of population vote on it. UKIP will win some seats, Tories will lose some and Labour are favourites to win.

Most politicians "promise" things when on the way up - then, when in power realise that it is not only impractical, its almost impossible.

Immigration is a NET contributor to the UK economy, and membership of the EU is ESSENTIAL for continued recovery (only loonies would be in favour of ditching your best customer !)

Don't accept that Labour will "win" the next election.
Opposition parties are almost always in front in the run up (usually far far more than Labour are now).

When Labour have to provide some policies ( !!!! ) and they suffer scrutiny, the "voters" will flee in droves !

Also the combined vote intentions of Tories and LibDems is, and has always been, greater than the Labour intentioned, so a further Tory / LibDem coalition is quite likely in my view.
