Can I add some balance and say I enjoyed it- I still agree with JK that RTD was a much better showrunner.
However this episode paled into the wondrous Adventure in Space and Time last week....

I'm so relieved all that hype is over. I doubt I'll ever 'get' Dr Who. And that ugly little twit who's the current doctor ('Matt' something?), I've rarely seen such a smug character when he's been interviewed. He obviously believes in his own publicity. At least Peter Crouch was honest when asked what he'd be if he wasn't a footballer: 'A virgin'. That's you, that is, Doc!

Girlfriend has recorded everything of Dr Who, I always found overrated and badly acted. Been watching JFK all day, where were on that day JK ?

I'm not a Stephen Moffat fan though I'm a huge Russell T Davies fan. I found far too many irritating quirks, knowing winks and fan nods; far too much over emotion or importance in the tiniest bits of dialogue; far too "deep" scientific explanation. Not impressed.
