In my opinion, the main problem at the BBC has - and has been for years - the snooty supercilious way in which the 'suits' and the 'journalists' at the BBC (all of whom can be bought with a pay rise by a commercial rival) look down their noses at the entertainment side of things. All summed up nicely by Dimblebore last week - 'oh yes, the BBC is too entertaining and powerful, get rid of a couple of channels!'. Of course the TV & Radio that is always spoken of being 'sold off' or axed are the more 'popular culture'-orientated channels & stations. Oh of course we don't need BBC4 or 6music, do we?
The problem is there is very little in broadcasting of any worth whatsoever on any of their commercial rivals - it's nearly all absolute dog-turd.
They're happy to scrap for the middle-ground - daytime/evening quiz shows, soaps, mainstream dramas - but anything slightly off-centre is always threatened with the axe.

Bring back World Of Sport.
Your silly rants on the BBC are merely lists of what programmes you prefer. Give it a rest!

JK, is there any possibility that the BBC could give you the rights to release them, yourself onto DVD or as a digital download?
