Gnomo Agreed, there needs to be the opportunity for prisoners to bring arguments about treatment before the Courts, but caution is needed. I thought the case bought by Ian Brady to be moved into a normal prison enabled him to 'grandstand' and achieve huge publicity, at outrageous cost to the taxpayer, should never had been bought to a Court, and the decision should have been made in private, by a Judge
