JK2006	"No smoke without fire" is one of my most hated fake homilies (like "you can't have your cake and eat it" - why not? What's the point?) As an old showbiz hand, I know full well, there's lots of smoke with no fire at all, thanks to Dry Ice. "The camera never lies"? Oh yeah? God they'll be saying "You will be believed" next!

hedda	note that they now just claim Jimmy Savile & Cyril Smith attended these parties as though it's fact. yet there is evidence that Savile was a bit hostile to and wary of gays. These myths are created and built upon bit by bit...the more sensational the better.
