I had managers who just left school they were totally out of their depth.
Unhappy managers make unhappy businesses and people will leave, then spend thousands recruiting and training all due to their attitude. |

If MPs get unrealistic salaries why can't the working man ?
My nan went went on strike, the company she worked for refused to have heating on. Ok for bosses to have cushy work environment.
Everyone has the right for protection at work, bosses will screw the employers over Unions are great.
I feel sorry for people who worked for ITK, must of been like working in a concentration camp. |
