andrew Agree BH this why I left retail, I never enjoyed going to work thought about walking out numerous during my shift. Managers are rude and total morons, if you need them they are in offices or canteen playing poker with tomato ketchup sachets as money. If your not reaching targets you get a grilling and threaten you to see a counselling, it's up to the public if they want to shop there or not. And customers can be complete scum to deal with.

Hate how supermarkets force their workers wearing crappy uniforms, ASDA was embarrassing to wear in public and had to wear the fleece in summer, manager wore shorts and short sleeve shirts.

it's well known knowledge you don't have to be that clever to be a manager, let alone ordinary employee in any Supermarket.

In which case, it's even more astonishing that some people are too uneducated to even get that job !

What have I been saying? - for years - some people are unemployable !

No ITK. I challenge you to get a job in a Departmental Store. Your ideas & ideals, will quickly change. AND you will find out why many people hate having to go to work. It's not that they don't want to work, it's the way they get treated by various idiot supervisors & management...That aren't qualified to be supervisors or managers to start with. All because they have not been properly trained to be either supervisors or managers. Places where management & supervisors eff & blind & get away with it, even in front of customers.

Ah, but how many of these applicants are the correct colour?

Assistant Managers are only glorified knee high Supervisors & i'm extremely disturbed furthur how a 19 year old can possibly be given a Supervisors job. Where is the experience to be given a Supervisors job, at such a low age> And if I come across a Manager under the age of 25, I really question the rules of higher management.

But (once again) shopworkers have never be well known for their slick cleverness. Slodgey stupidity, yes. And (of course) no common sense whatsoever. They don't need to add up, anyway. The flipping computerised tills do all the work for 'em!

In Asda when I worked supervisors and assistant managers were 19 - 35, shelf stackers were from 16 -66. There were all fuckers to work for, never do shop work unless you want stress, you can't force people to buy from your shop.
andrew Who sang Let's Not Get Dirty ?

If someone 'unemployable' what's the best soultiuon, I was told no one is unemployable ?

What's wrong with having big tits? (Mind you, I would have mine chopped off in a heartbeat.Waste of space and get in the way when you are climbing fences)

My girlfriends is 34 DD
JK2006 I'm not sure about this thread; it's got a bit "tit-ist" - go wash your mouth out with soap, Andrew.
