Dermot in Dublin It must be groundbreaking in the world of film, music and other media to do what you did with Vile Pervert. It's an incredibly thought provoking piece or writing and production. It certainly makes one see things from another perspective. Blend that with the great music and frank, 'this is me' pieces to camera and it's certainly a film I will not forget seeing. That's some achievement in this day and age.

Finally , and if nothing else, it has given me a great appreciation for your songwriting and production talents. Really really enjoyed much of the music. Keep writing. And wishing you happiness for many ears to come.
JK2006 And another terribly nice e-m from a lecturer in media studies who has told his students to watch it and comment! I've become a University Subject. I wonder what Michael Gove thinks of that.

Joking apart, I do believe the whole area of online facilities for convicted criminals like myself to put their side of the story across, whether or not they are guilty or, like myself, stitched up, is a fascinating one. As entertainment, it's significant; as justice it's valid; as social documentation it's valuable. High profile cases especially. The media always has its own simplistic agenda. For the reason that it believes (correctly) that we have no ability or inclination to see more than the headline and the simplistic explanation. BUT... the other side can be expressed equally simply and/or made entertaining. In my case, I use the film to convey music too. I think it educates, informs and entertains. At least that's what I tried to do. Whether or not I succeeded is up to the viewer. But with 250,000 people watching it, it's certainly having an impact.
JK2006 Glad you enjoyed the film Dermot; getting more and more views every day. The song is Mary My Love, also featured in The Pink Marble Egg. You can get it (and all the others) through iTunes and Amazon, the new way to find and buy music, films and books.
Dermot in Dublin What a dam bloody entertaining hour I just spent. I was Watching the hilarious brilliant and admirable 'vile Pervert' on YouTube. What a talented guy you are. Especially loved the music.
Please tell me what the last song on the film is? Sounds a bit like Marry me my love,or Mary my love....
You're a fine lady and it's plain to see.....

Love to know what it's called and where I can get it. Love to find the chords somewhere.

Anyway, Vile Pervert is anything but vile. It's very entertaining, well written, lovely way. Of telling your story without bitterness, and is a perfect outlets for your anger at your treatment. People could learn a lot from your manner and how you've handled yourself.

Anyway, what's that song called? It's stuck in my head.
