JK2006 Anyone remember Allenbury's Pastilles? Delicious blackcurrant flavoured glycerine tablets we were given as children for sore throats and coughs? In wonderful gold and blue oval little tins, cherished long after they had been emptied?

Well, a Swiss firm bought the company and still makes them and sells them in almost identical tins and I just found one and bought it. They are still delicious, bringing back memories of 60 years ago.
