You are not a victim unless it actually happens.
Gnomo Of course she's "gutted" - no money in it now, any deal offered to her by the Mirror would have been based on Roache being found guilty.
What I don't understand is why the husband can't be named - he was the one who contacted the Mirror, he was hovering over his wife when she gave her Police statement - he wasn't abused, he wasn't a 'victim', he was simply a con artist, and I see no legal reason why he shouldn't be named and shamed
