Mr Reason Behind the times, 'to Podium' was being used 'to exhaustion' in the 2012 London Olympics, along with 'to deliver'...................
Pru I see that the Winter Olympics has bequeathed us a new verb: 'to podium,' as in 'I was so pleased to have podiumed'. Apparently it means finishing in the top three. I despair, I really do.
