Stephen, dear, Stephen; yes - the reason I liked it was because it broke a lot of common sense commercial rules. A brave and decent attempt to look at miscarriages of justice; more Sondheim than Lloyd Webber but well worth a visit.

I haven't seen it, but surely one of the biggest mistakes they made was the title.
After Joseph and His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Jesus Christ Superstar, Evita etc they go and choose Simon Ward.
For anyone not already familiar with the story Simon Ward means nothing and sounds drab in the extreme.
