JK2006 The Hairy Bikers, Honey. A fantastic sequence in their delightful show. As for the Genesis documentary, it's an independent production for the BBC. Let's see how much the Beeb suggests gets removed in the eventual edit.
Pru I'd love it if they ended each show with you coming on saying: 'This dish is, of course, best enjoyed with a glass of ICE COLD Pouilly Fumé!'

JK2006 Delightful in Tokyo; I'm not a huge Japanese food fan - my favourite Japanese restaurant is in Rabat, Morocco, believe it or not (Rabat, on the Atlantic, has great fresh ocean fish). I do love raw tuna (sushi). See my book Three Months for photos.
