JK2006 It's happened to me with Old Bailey transcripts too (luckily I kept my own). Rather like the BBC erasing tapes (but with, I suspect, more dodgy motives)... sometimes things pop up from unlikely sources.

The revelations about police/CPS/court behaviour grows daily. Accountability. Follow the money. Track down the individuals.
