Learned Lefty Kathryn and Carl Brown fled to France to give birth to their baby only to have it taken within hours by British and French police, assisting British Social Services, and brought back to England. They fought back through the French courts and not only succeeded in having their baby retuned to them, but caused the law in the UK to be changed so that any baby with residual outside the UK cannot be seized by the UK authorities. In the first week of April 2014, they received this important letter from their French lawyer which further expands on the implications of this case.
