I think the solution is (and of course farmers will hate it - someones always going to hate it).  Is to make it compulsory to give [b]all[/b] workers (who are here legally) the minimum wage, and if necessary, instead of the government giving them financial incentives to employ East Europeans, change that to give them financial incentives to employ a variety of applicants and give everyone an equal chance (obviously they can't employ everyone who asks, but am equal change), it's better to do that than have those un employed British people on the dole all the time you'd think/hope...  ;)[/quote]
