Not all of the above 'excessive' stuff is practiced beahind closed doors by 16 year olds, and my view is that at the early ages, experimentation is what cana, just possibly can, lead to juvinile attitudes towards sexual relationships .....which are not always well adjusted attitude.

JK2006	Looks like anyone under 18 will be banned from watching Porn online. Isn't it peculiar that they are legally allowed to fuck like rabbits at 16 but cannot watch others doing it for two more years? I'm sure the Mail has a good reason for this (probably ban everyone from sex until 18) but I can't quite understand Government justification.
