JK2006 Long term faithful visitors will know I love the time, twice a year, when the roses cover the outside of my little house (see PHOTOs section). About 50-60 of the climbing pink ones are blooming (there are 300 at peak) at the moment; none yet of the white or scarlet ones.

And the birds in the trees outside are singing like lunatics. It's a kind of Bird Brits.

At 5am every morning. A lovely way to be woken actually. Much nicer than an alarm clock.
