Foz	It might well stay active until the next return date as they will have unpaid accounts. They probably haven't drawn up Simon Cowell's final bill yet!
Gnomo	The actual Company will take some time to dissolve, either voluntarily or involuntarily (by his wife for example),the website can be taken down in minutes, and is indicative that the whole operation will close. I really can't think why anyone would consider using Max Clifford Associates for their public relations!

Gnomo	Interestingly, I checked to see who owns the domain maxclifford.com and was flabbergasted to find someone has already registered maxclifford.xxx - no website yet, but what will it be? ..... how to increase the size of your penis?
