hedda	If this has-been hoofer thinks the US courts are a compo pushover he's dreaming. He will never get his hands on one cent of Jackson money. Quite apart from the fact Jackson was bankrupt and was deeply in debt when he died. Any money has been recently made because of & since Michael's death. This is the problem in the US- 100s of ambulance chasing lawyers line up free for these celebrity challenges and then drop out if it looks like costing them money. Just as they did with Brian Singer.

Jo	Wonder who's responsible for recovering the memory, the therapist or the patient. Perhaps it's possible to go to a therapist with the idea in mind that a particular potentially lucrative memory could be "recovered" using the therapist to make it official, a bit like this: 19:57 "These women are very deliberate, in my opinion. I think that they know what they're doing, and because they want to gain the advantage, what they'll do is they'll say "I think something's wrong with my child. I'm not sure." The system then takes on the allegation and runs with it for mom and she can come back and say "I didn't believe it. I just was concerned about my child". And she just absolutely is the epitome of the perfect concerned mother, when she knows full well what she's doing from the beginning. And the system encourages this."

Even if it happened, (i'm sure it didn't) it is a horrible thing to do to tarnish their memory and take their money.
