Maudlin - Worth it just for Blue Peter -

What???
Tone Yes. Worth it just for Blue Peter as well.

I'm very happy to be made to pay the licence fee. If it ceases to be an offence to pay it then I might not do so.

It'll be the end of the BBC and the social glue it provides.
hedda always though the BBC was great value considering the amazing talent it fostered and productions screened.

Sadly they have now done deal to sell best shows to Rupert Murdoch's piss poor Foxtel cable network in Oz instead of traditionally the government backed station ABC.

So you have to fork out a fortune for his ghastly network with endless stations with vacuous 'lifestyle' programs (which some of my friends front)

Basically that TV license fee subsidies Rupert
JK2006 Decades ago, when I was a pre teenager, I decided the BBC licence fee was worth it, whatever it cost, for their nature documentaries. I still have that opinion. Magnificent television.
