You will need protein too, Steve. How about adding chick peas, lentils or barley?

You tell him Honey, women know best Steve.

the sort of annoying thing my mother would say.

what is Steveimp doing to lose half a stone?

I'm still gorgeous but I could lose a few pounds here and there so I can strut Bondi this summer and attract admiring glances from beefy lifesavers.

Maybe you could come to Bakewell and then strut your stuff to Mrs ITK.

The 'Beast of Bakewell' may have something to say

Ha, is ITK a Bakewellian? I knew he spoke of Sheffield a lot but never realised he was that relatively close to me geographically!

Hedda, eating soup, filling myself effectively with vitamin and mineral laden water!
Also has given me much more energy although my skin has decided to start getting rid of the toxins etc at the moment too....

I have no idea why, Steve, but your thread has had hundreds of views! Clearly making soup is of great interest to our visitors. I must admit, I'm very into soup; easy to make, easy to drink and enormously tasty and nourishing.

Ha wonderful! Time of year, although I admit to eating soup all the year round (and sometimes drinking it too )

Tomorrow is a big 'work day at home' for me, so it's off to the grocers at 8.30, picking the veg and straight into the maker to last me the day. Can I do it any cheaper than 98p last time round?

In The Know should be so proud!

Pattaya and Hedda on Margate beach - then watch of the herd of easy women run towards them.

Honey would love it.
