The Social Workers, helped by police and compliant tabloid media issue a ‘missing persons’ statement complete with photographs, often of a lone mother and - yes you've guessed it - clear pictures of the children.

Children whom, if any of us tried to publicly photograph or name, the process would land us in prison.
