MWTWATCHER	Because no one gives a shit, use the word pervert or PeeeeDohhh and you can do what you want. over16 is consensual but your still classed as a child to 18 but others want to call them young adults which is an opposing statement really. In thus country now you can name someone as a preaditor , pervert without any evidence and thats your life F***ed. The problem is still in its early stages which started with vigor in 2006 with the likes of MWT and media as it makes money.
Jo	We also have a duty to consider the impact of releasing the men's images on innocent family members. Surely publishing the names is enough to put other family members at risk. If they can wash their hands of responsibility for not dealing with past abuse, it stands to reason that they'll be capable of doing the same with any future fallout.

Pattaya	If memory serves me well from my time running a nursing agency dealing with psychiatric patients there were laws there that can be used for their patient protection. Does sound the easy way out,judges these days almost always side with the authorities,especially after Baby P.
