Jo The policeman's interview can't have helped, especially if he doesn't appear too bothered about taking someone's life. There seems to be a big difference between the two versions of events: one a situation where you, as a trained gun user presumably, feel so threatened that you fire 12 bullets and the other where someone is unarmed and allegedly put his hands in the air. It also seems hard to visualise how a person should try to put their finger on the trigger of a gun you were pointing at them and somehow pose a threat to you.

I really am no expert on this matter...but I do know that ye should never use the law as a battering ram,and keep persecuting people until you get the result wanted...especially to appease a bunch of criminals burning down towns!
