And now, after the Ray Teret verdict that Savile did NOT abuse the girl claiming that he did, we find both police AND jurors consider him innocent but the media approach is "why kill a great story?".
MWTWATCHER
Why bring out the truth, truth is a non story in the Savile case, a man convicted by media, every story is true apart from the truth.
MWT's gate will in the next few years have many people outside waiting for him, pick on the dead as they cannot answer back but you also brought down the alive too and sure as trees are trees MWT will ne outed as a cheat, a self promoter, magician of evidence, its all smoke, mirrors and deception for financial gain.

I would like to read what the 100 residents said and as taxpayers are forking out millions we should be entitled to.
The BBC just mimics Murdoch News now that article simply lies. "5-70" ? what utter claptrap..there has never ever been an instance of an offender having such wide ranging aged victims and there is no proof that Savile did.
The report on hospitals says Savile made "inappropriate remarks" which they conclude is abuse..more Stalinist re-writing that ignores the Carry On era of humour perpetuated by, err the BBC and all News Ltd titles.

From what I can make out, the police also interviewed or contacted about 100 former pupils, not bad for an institution where only 25 or so were present at a time, and didn't find much convincing evidence there. The Met even tried to stop "Susan", who was the girl Savile was visiting at Duncroft from giving evidence to the Dame Janet Smith inquiry.
"Where Savile abused girls" says the BBC announcer; no, that is the point, where he DID NOT abuse girls. That's why there is no evidence that he did. Bring on the prosecutions for perverting the course of justice.
