No, it isn't. But once they started convicting with no evidence they couldn't very well say "beyond reasonable doubt" any more, could they?

The answer is no man could get a 'fair trial' in the UK if charged with historic sex offences.
Something weird happened between the acquittals of William Roache & Dave Lee Travis (1st trial) and the convictions of Max Clifford & Rolf Harris. "Beyond Reasonable Doubt" seems to mean diddly-squat to both judiciary & juries now
