hedda	If someone can point me to where this Book Of Rules Of Relationships & the passage that determines correct ages I would be most thankful. I'm still fascinated from finding my Grandfather & Grandmother married 4 months before my Father was born. She was 15 & 9 months and he 22. Adored each other.

" A fourth defendant, Ceri Parkes, 26, of Smethwick, Ms Horsman's half-sister, was given 12 months on Friday after she admitted in July perverting the course of justice. Her actions led to three people being wrongfully arrested for the attack."
