Perhaps we should change the name to -

LACK-of-mobility scooters !


There should be laws for these scooters they are menace to our pavements and to our drivers.

I remember telling off some arrogant fat fucker who was on one to have more patience when you see people walking their dogs as they love to stop and sniff everything.

I said to him also if you were walking could of just walked past. Still can't believed he didn't say nothing after not even a sorry to the dog.
