I suspect the only way you can prove you had consent that would satisfy the lawyers would be to draw up some kind of legal document. Then every time you engaged in any kind of sexual activity, you and anyone involved would have to sign to say that you both agreed to whatever took place.
Something along the lines of:
I [insert name] consent to participate in [specify varieties of sexual activity] with [insert name] on [insert date and time]. I confirm that I am sober, in full possession of my faculties, and that I am not making this agreement under duress or compulsion.
Signed [insert signature]
Would this stand up in court if the person later claims that you had raped them?
