hedda	dogs are gorgeous and love you unconditionally and of course snow is fascinating for them as they are curious & fun loving beasts, cats on the other hand are contemptuous animals and probably thinks humans are only as good as their can opener. Hedda is a cat person and has always had a pussy to boss her about. I've always thought pussies would be the Royal Families favourite... I can see the late Queen Mum with a haughty cat on her lap... I think those ghastly Corgis are really for public consumption. I mean can you imagine Prince Phillip..or as he is now after PM Tony Abbott's enoblement..Sir HRH Phillip of Moonee Ponds (award to be collected at a Gala BBQ presented by Australia's Governor General Dame Edna) siting on a grand sofa sipping a Gin & tonic stroking a smelly Corgi? No he would have a Persian Pussy with the same attitude as him.

JK2006	My utterly gorgeous Golden Cocker Spaniel Timmy, one of the loves of my life, adored the snow but it took me ages cleaning up his matted fur, clogged with ice, afterwards. And he never even bothered to say thank you. Mind you since he spent most of his life licking and kissing me, some of that might have been gratitude.
