steveimp I think we all have to be honest, but as long as it's in a good natured way then it's fine. I come on here for a giggle and to remind me of my London days in a strange sorta way. Perhaps living near Scunthorpe has that effect on people!
JK2006 Don't take my "honoured guest" remark too literally Steve.
I have a strange sense of humour!

It is a terrific movie though. Could be the film of the year - combining quality with populism.
steveimp The only time I was an honoured guest at a film premiere William Shatner was one of the stars! (Star Trek: Generations).
JK2006 I was of course an honoured guest at the premiere...

It harks back to the early Bond ethos; intelligent as well as exciting.
Daniel Craig is superb as Bond (except he runs with the same silly arm movement that Pierce did).

Very long but not boring for a second.

And some absolutely spectacular stunts and venues (I must visit Montenegro).

I did miss the John Barry theme but it comes over the end credits which is clever and subtle.

Incidentally, I was amazed to see the name ROB PLAYFORD in the credits (programmer)... I remember him from the early 90's Jungle scene and Moving Shadow.

Someone tell me more.
