Jim Bang up bent cops. No statue of limitations.
JK2006 None of those found guilty of misconduct will be disciplined, especially not those retired and earning a massive pension, living in luxury (if such a thing exists North of Watford).

We have to bring in a law of individual accountability, prosecuting those guilty of bending or breaking the rules years later. Otherwise police and CPS will continue to offend.
