robbiex £1000 a week is an exageration for one room, maybe £1000 per month. You could stay in a hotel for much less than that.

JK2006 A chinese friend told me I could get £1000 A WEEK for my spare room! Almost worth getting a flat mate in Central London. £50,000 a year for a small room? Bonkers!
