Martin "press trout snouts in wapping sauce served in newspaper" amuses me greatly!
Just keep serving up the oneliners and I shall continue to find the most obscure way out of it!
Trout is such a strong flavour, I am actually quite glad to have removed the beastie from the fridge, it was getting overpowering, I could even smell it when I woke up this morning.
I`m just reducing some chillies into a puree, to be served with tomatoes onto griddled polenta.
I had this at the River Cafe on the Thames very near Wapping, it is quite amazing how the brain takes one thought and adds it to another, and this case , turning chinese whispers into food, not once but twice, and it was the Sun wat dun it!
