Grandpa Harley Sympathies, JK. 'Memento mori' is never nice to be shown by example...

I lost a friend at 59 this year. He dropped dead a week after quad-bypass surgery. Still, it was doing what he loved... writing. Still life (death?) with word processor. He always said he'd never see 60... and he was right.
Martin Very sad news I loved his show, and even contributed once.
He is the inspiration behind many of musings and moans, particularly about traffic. There are not many antagonistic and on the peoples side journalists like him about.
He was brilliant and addictive to his followers in his work.
JK2006 Sad news about my former TalkRadio colleague - killed in a car crash aged only 63 (I'm 62 and feeling vulnerable).
