In The Know So, Labour - desperatly trying to be "popular" - are to back a bid for the World Cup in 2018 (maybe Wembley might be ready by then?)

Do we really need yet another of these things? The Dome is still standing idle (after losing out in the Casino bid).

The Olympics will leave us in debt for decades - and do we really want to encourage those football morons to rampage around Britain? (Italy has only recently partially lifted a total ban on football!)
