Of course one of the results of May becoming PM is that she has passed the hot potato of the CSA inquiry onto Amber Rudd.
If Cameron had won the Remain referendum, then May would be on the back-foot and might have been demoted.

It is being reported that Teresa May has visited some of the survivors in hospital.
As a Twitter wag put it, 'haven't they suffered enough?'

Yes she gives good speech until you examine the words. Platitudes, cliches, everything we all feel and know.
Even I was fooled by her speech to get the PM nomination ages ago.
But more and more I feel the "our thoughts and prayers are with family and friends" offerings are fake, insincere and the product of simplistic minds incapable of seeing or thinking in depth.
OK - what else could she have said? It is obligatory under the circumstances.
But I wish we had leaders who would sort out the broken judicial system and over crowded prisons, miscarriages of justice, collapsing economy (going to get worse), and numerous other problems that are far more serious than the odd loony killing fewer people than the amount that die in an hour on one motorway.
Simple slogans and headline thinking causes more problems than it solves.
Brexit means Brexit indeed.

I thought her post-attack speech was excellent.
Simple, well constructed and direct.
Nobody - anywhere - could have any doubts about this country's stance on terrorism.

How clever of our PM to wear a necklace made from the discarded chains of dead inmates. Available for $5 at the Guantanamo Shop.
