This is because, in a Marxist criminological system, your culpability has nothing to do with what you've done. It's mainly to do with who you are. If you're a member of a favoured victim class, such as women or "refugees" you can behave as badly as you like. An excuse will always be found for you, simultaneously shifting the blame onto a less-favoured class which oppresses and made you do it somehow. |

Another point, about evidence.
After being arrested, Tillyer initially denied carrying out any abuse and claimed she had been raped by the boys.
So how did the police determine that the woman's claim of rape was not true? Aren't they supposed to believe anyone who makes a sexual allegation? Especially a vulnerable victim like this who apparently suffers from anxiety and a personality disorder  |

The reason for the 2-1/2 years is that = 30 months get below that its 10 years on the register, she now has to sign and have home visits for possibly the next 40+ years, that is a huge burden on tax payers |
