This is because, in a Marxist criminological system, your culpability has nothing to do with what you've done. It's mainly to do with who you are. If you're a member of a favoured victim class, such as women or "refugees" you can behave as badly as you like. An excuse will always be found for you, simultaneously shifting the blame onto a less-favoured class which oppresses and made you do it somehow.

So how did the police determine that the woman's claim of rape was not true? Aren't they supposed to believe anyone who makes a sexual allegation? Especially a vulnerablevictim like this who apparently suffers from anxiety and a personality disorder
