JK2006 if the Rodney Bewes silly "drama" were considered fact and the result was that Bolam could be prosecuted for causing Rodney's death and the rumour used as "evidence" of his crime - and then he was convicted and jailed for 7 years. That is the way the sexual arena has been transformed by politicians and judges and lawyers - where a media "good story", inflated by gossip and rumours, has changed a passing encounter or an insult or an offer into rape. "No harm in it, if the perpetrator is dead" will say the media.
