JK2006 Surrey Police admit there "were mistakes" in investigation... like Breck Bednar, Amelie Delagrange, Marsha McDonnell, Kate Sheedy, the Deepcut murders... so many mistakes...
JK2006 Surrey Police, you'll notice.
JK2006 Oliver Mears - a 17 year old has his life ruined. Could we call this child abuse by police, CPS and false accusers? I can never quite keep up with the British legal definition of a "child". According to the 1933 act (never repealed) it is "a person under 14".
