Lying as in the sense of promising to wipe out student debt? (as Corbyn did - to "win" votes) and then back tracking afterwards?
Or telling the truth (at the time) and then finding that his Coalition partners would not agree to it?
If you cannot tell the difference you shouldn't be allowed to vote !

Agree, Clegg was a good politican (and a brave one).
Coalitions may sometimes be a good idea but the problem with the Loonies is
(a) they have been taken over by fruitcakes, and
(b) any possible sane member of the party is keeping his head down in case they are singled out for "de-selection" (for not obeying the Supreme Fruitcake !)
