JK2006 People are starting to examine Police and CPS behaviour... Goodness me, you'd have thought, after the Liam Allan and Oliver Mears and other fiascos, they would have learned lessons. Now, who is the Police Chief's head of examination into this area? Oh, Chief Constable of Surrey, Nick Ephgrave. Hmmm...
